So it proves it has more legs then the DS and also better software sales. The fact it stayed relevant for 10 years still selling 4.1 million units a year is never done before the DS sells 2.35 million and would be happy if it remains like that.

The 2 situations with the 3DS and PS3 are completely different from what we have here with the WiiU.

How do you know its EA and not Nintendo who is being the little kid? Nintendo hasnt been known to be third party friendly and its been that way since NES/SNES era where third parties werent allowed to launch around the same time as a Nintendo game and that all cartridges had to be made by Nintendo, so they could charge premium price for manufacturing.
They made Minish cap,4 swords adventures and Oracles of ages/seasons.
The kickstarter scams are becoming better and better each day. First we had Sarkeesian who played her own damsel in distress card got herself a nice 120k and made a crappy video with no production value close to even a 1000. Then came Susan Wilson who threw her sons under the bus just so she could cash in on gender issues and she was already a millionaire at that. and now Penny Arcade who have more then enough cash to fund their own podcast from all that pax money among other things.
