well i dunno about the wii, but in terms of trend. i think the ps3 is actually getting more and more popular. I'm running into people who more and more appreciate the ps3 rather than the 360.

Some will also say things like 'i won't get the system until this game comes out' and so on.

You'll find out that VG chartz can actually be EPICALLY wrong, they state what they think and not what actually happens.

They constantly have to eat their own words when things like actual sales charts arrive.

Depending on how this game does on a 360 platform, will determine future core series releases of the final fantasy series.

Another thing is that Square-Enix can certainly go the to the limits with the series which would end up with the game not being able to port to the 360 like metal gear solid 4, but i doubt that will happen with a final fantasy game in the near future.

fool. if you keep reading, they're not really making a loss because that loss is supplemented by the games and other software they sell, not to mention the PSN games that they benefit from in a small way.

I personally think improving a game's game play is a hell of a lot better than what we were all hoping it would be. That doesn't go to say that I'm opposed to home either, I'm looking forward to it just as much any other sony fan that's interested.

Like i stated before, anything can be hacked as long as there is something to hack. The only thing that remains is how long it takes to do it, there is no programmable hardware out there that isn't hack proof. The only thing a developer CAN do is make it harder.
