I don't think they would charge for other characters... although it is possible..
I think they are porting this game from an arcade version rather than the console ports... it's silly to port a port.
So i wouldn't count this as a sign of more ps2 games coming to the psn, and this doesn't rule out the possibility of them charging for the additional roster of characters. though it would be a bad move if they did...

Flambait and opinion are two different things, and unless you lack the mentality to distinguish the two, there is a big fat line between the two.
Bandai-namco is fully capable of localizing this game in NA. they did it for Eternal Sonata and the sales for the 360 version were never that great in the first place.
Honestly, this article is mere speculation on what they THINK the publisher will do.
