For the most part, yeah almost all their games come to America, but sometimes nearly a year after launch.
It really sucked that BBCP is the only BlazBlue in the series to not have an Xbox release. I was also sad to see Xrd not have a release on the Xbox One. You'd figure companies want to increase their market.
I wish Arc System Works would bring more of their games to 1. America faster and 2. Xbox
Normally you would remaster something from like nearly a decade ago when there has been a huge improvement to quality. PS3 to PS4, there is a quality improvement, but I've never felt that comfortable saying that it was "remastered" when it is barely over a year old.

I don't think that the 360 had a shortage of games in the US. The PS3 wasn't region locked so you could get all the crazy Japan only games, which was cool, but never in the lifespan of the 360 did I think it was either struggling or had a lack of games.
Spencer is doing the right thing here though. He is damage control from the debacle that was the Xbox One launch and everything leading up to it. He is bringing in the big AAA games and listening to the people. Slowly ...

XO/PS4 have been really big on new IP's so there is a good chance of it showing up there.
