I play on PC and use Fraps (soft that shows FPS). As long as its above 30fps, games always feel fluid and it doesnt matter if its jumping between 30 and 60.

Im Latvia myself, but I know why they (russians) liked x360 so much - because of jailbreak or whatever You call it. So unless X1 gets pirated software soon, it wont gain much ground in Russia.

This game as it is now have been in development since 2012. Some ideas and concept remained from 2006-2011, but thats just small part of current game.
