All that's fine accept for a few things. One, this is not the first time we've seen un-kept promises in gaming, not by a long shot and yet for some reason this game was placed under a very big microscope, where other games get a pass or patience to get patches out this game was given none. Two, all anyone had to do was wait for the reviews from reputable sources to know rather the game was worth purchasing. Three, as I said we have had games in the past that didn't live up to hype...
Agreed, unless they created a social space where people could easily group up for raids, which has been requested for some time yet they still haven't implemented anything.
Just like in the case of No Mans Sky no one wants to take any responsibility for their own consumer choices.

Like you would have complained any less had you been given advanced warning. Look sometimes they dont have time to do that, perhaps something was caught and they needed to act quickly to prevent another bigger issue, just relax it will be back up.
To improve the service so you can bitch about that instead of it being down for other reasons and you bitch about those instead.
