So, more and more people are okay with the GAAS model now?
Pfft.... as if Microsoft isn't paying to keep games off of PlayStation at the same time.
Hmmm... I just returned to the game and have been playing it the past few days and this hasn't happened to me at all. Maybe I'm just lucky?
GTA online.... eh, you can do most anything in private sessions now. Wish they would have added private sessions in Red Dead Online. You can tell Rockstar didn't give a rat's arse about that game.
Yeah, Fighting Force was fun at the time but looking back at it now, yeah. Gekido though, great game. Still play it now and then.
Is it really that hard to implement online co-op matchmaking? It's not like it would be difficult. Why would people need to go outside of the game or go to a third party program to find players?
Welp... RIP game.
I'll wait for reviews and then wait for the Epic exclusivity to be over and probably still won't buy it until it's on sale on Steam. And this is coming from a Saints Row fan whose owned and played all of the games except the first one. I even played the unreleased PSP game. This has been my least hyped for Saint's Row game. I was more hyped for Gat out of Hell and that game was okay.
Same. I was on an MMO binge playing FF14, ESO, Guild Wars 2, Lost Ark, DC Universe Online. This was the last one I played during my binge and then the burnout set in. Should go back in and finish the story at some point but 6.2 of FF14 is gonna be released soon so all my gaming time is gonna be invested into that for a while.
@Eonjay
Oh that's definitely true. No developers no matter how skilled or talented they are can account for the vast amounts of system configurations that exist.
On multiplatform titles, it's always the PC version that gets the shaft on release. There have been very few exceptions, but PC most always gets the shaft.
From everything I've seen all they did was make the game look better. Literally no other improvements made plus they removed content and are asking $70 for this? As a huge PlayStation fan I say, "Nah, F that mate."
The reason it embraced Disney more than Final Fantasy is because it is a Disney IP so Disney has final say in what goes in it.
Also, the game was made in Unreal 4 which is known to have texture loading issues. I'm assuming Rebirth is using Unreal 5 thus these issues might no longer exist.
I'm still waiting on the Code Veronica remake.
They had B team do the RE Remake so it was a rush job. They aren't going to go back and add new areas and stuff like that. We got what we got and that's it. If it was the original RE team then we would've gotten a lot more.
You were an avid Tekken Revolution player too huh? Man, a free to play Tekken game that I actually enjoyed.
Ah. Plain to see that it ain't making them billions like GTA V so gotta drop it now. GTA V has been out for what 8 years now? And it's online portion is still getting support up the wahoo with current gen releases while this game's been out for about half the time and they gave up on it last year. Sad to see cuz I really enjoyed the online portion though the population was pretty small. Also, it's way grindier than GTA. Guess they gotta cut their losses and focus on their mone...
I'm guessing it didn't meet sales expectations.
The same people that were complaining and yearning years ago for PS exclusives to come to PC cuz Microsoft were releasing their games on PC are now complaining that PS exclusives games coming to PC are "too expensive". You can't please these kinds of people.
