They don't realize the potential I guess, it was really under rated and if they made a sequel with the core mechanics intact I think it would be great.
Shadow of Rome was an epic game, was the closest if not the only Gladiator type game to actually be pretty damn good. There was stealth mechanics, and the AI was crazy they would get their hands cut off and they would still chase you down.
There's so many other things like chariot's and bows, the story wasn't bad either.
Still looks good, and yes you could throw sand in people's eyes...

The pirate songs in Assassin's creed black flag were really cool, set the mood when you were sailing around.
Ubisoft should have made a fully fledged pirate game on that engine they already had the mechanics down.
Something kinda similar happened here in Kuwait, some guy was going back and forth in a police stations parking lot xD the police approached him and asked him what he was doing, he simply replied "I'm trying to catch a Pokemon"
