TLOU was a pleasant surprise, it literally came out of no where. Sure people guessed the context of the game from the hints in the Uncharted 3 demo but nobody really knew what it was. A lot of the hype and success came from the way they announced it IMO.
Then you have games like the recent Alien shooter announced where you get this statement saying how excited they are about announcing the game and how they've got all these ex shooter devs working on it and it just feel...
Why do Alien games always get announced like this? No trailer just some mysterious statement about a game gets released.

Forget about the sequel, the original is still one of my favourite games of all time. It was so freaking intense, the gangs were menacing the setting was straight out of a nightmare.

If you make time to do whats important like friends, family, work etc. And you game in your free time, that's fine, but when games get in the way of what's important then that's where the problems begin.
