@rlm41, So, what are you trying to say, that Microsoft isn't looking to make money as well? that MS and all the devs and publishers that support them don't mind all the pirating on 360 as much as the PS3 for some bizarre reason?
If we follow this scenario to it's ridiculous conclusion, that all consoles are compromised and the PC, by it's very nature is not very safe from illegal copying.

the video commercial should be muted unless I want to hear it. also, why do I have to deal with the same commercial blasting in my ears every time I go to a new page or look at a series of screenshots.

I have no problem "putting up" with the updates, firmware or otherwise. it's so much better than your system dying on you every few months, how long has a 360 owner had to wait to get their console back from Texas?
2 weeks? 3? well, add all the the time PS3 takes on updates and compare it to when the 360 dies you ship it, gets "repaired" and when you get it back, then compare who took longer.

I have been looking forward to this for quite a while. These guys should be picked up by Valve, heck they even made their own music for the remake and is it superb! nice and atmospheric with a lot of mood. and that is just the music, built from the ground up remake of the levels and monsters is truly the work of artists.
I really cannot wait to experience Half-life again for the first time.
I think of it this way...what the heck use is a console without games? It is just a dusty plastic box sitting around doing nothing. I never thought I would see the day that people would try to spin the idea that less games a year is so much better. I guess that is because MS has nothing to show so far this year. because you know darn sure that if it was the other way around all anyone would be hearing on N4g and around the web is "The PS3 has no games".

I bought an intec induction charger for the dualshock 3 and it is pretty nice. Not as nice is this one though.
Who cares, as long as they are not on PSN that is good enough for me. PSN doesn't need a community of scumbag cheaters ruining multiplayer gaming for the honest customer that buys his games.
