That's because Microsoft's favorite hook is to tout about "the potential" and "the possibilities"
of what they are going to bring in the "near future". Microsoft's history is rife with the corpses of products that never lived up to the hype and pages of great innovations that ended up being nothing more than vaporware.
That is why it is foolish to buy a product from Ms based solely on future promises. you WILL be disappointed...

Why?, The tears of whiners are funny, especially when it is about not being able to play a not so innovative multiplayer game on the PS4, the PS4 deserves better than Titanfall.
What would be great at E3 would be the room goes dark, On the screen The letters slowly appear one at a time in the Titanfall font T...I...T...A..N...F and then the screen switches to Yoshida-san bent over spanking himself and saying Gotcha'!!!

It's kind of pathetic all these articles about Titanfall and when it will be on the PS4, personally, the game doesn't even look all that interesting. and it even reminds me a little of a PS3 title (it may have been on the 360 also) Section 8.

Who said that "we only believe it when sony says it"?
There is a difference between saying we are optimizing the console OS to run faster and more stable and making grandiose claims about optimizations that will surpass hardware limitations.
If you weren't blindly bitter and biased, you would see the hypocrisy in those grandiose claims.
"optimizing performance" is something that is always done with software in general and consoles specifically.
Thinking that Microsoft is going to somehow surpass the hardware limitations of the Xbone and magically become more powerful than the PS4 IS Smoke and Mirrors.
you can optimize only so far, If optimization could surpass the limitations of hardware then by that flawed thinking, you could optimize the 360 to be just as fast as the Xbone, which...
WWII was an interesting war, more tech and innovations were created in that time period than any time before it. The Nazi's were an unabashed evil force that affected the whole world. They simply are, the most interesting and the perfect personification of an evil foe that ever was. C'mon!
