very cool, glossy black is weak reminded me of the first PS3, matte or lighter colors are much better
16GB ram is what is needed, 8 is weak. Although expensive it will give the system the legs to go the years every 3 years ram is half the price for the same amount.

I see this era as a PS1 era, not a PS2 or Xbox 360 era.
I think PS1 started the idea of 3D and where we are at, Xbox 360 really kicked off the online portion to our gaming

Compared to the PS2 is is a failure, in terms of general sales its not.
Xbox was compared to last gen, which means it was a success, the next system will be compared to Xbox 360 sales if it doesn't surpass it will also be a failure.
Its like a Parent to a Child, you always want your children to do better than you did...not be on par or perform less.
