Its obvious who the issue is in this its still the ISPs
ISPs like Comcast already charge too much for service and far more than the average pipe globally, they also control the infrastructure for the most part.
Netflix and others have charged fairly so they get a pass in my book.
ISP companies are a joke and charging 59+ for a 5mb connection is ridiculous, I will fight them to the end.
