Why is this news, this is known with any console. The difference is with a console they dev on the same denominator so we all share an equal experience and it doesn't cost you time and money in upgrades until a new gen is out.

I hope no one is buying into this, they have always over promised and under delivered. I love their ideas, however; none of them since Xbox has meet the potential.
Why are updates all of a sudden an issue, you do them once a week on a PC you do them at least once a month on a console. By the time you get a new PC windows already has 164 Updates most of the time.
