As for demons souls 2, that might never come or it could be out either very late this gen or early next gen. I'll buy demons souls 2 before i would buy dark souls 2, dark souls 1 left a me meh first impression, but i'll try it again after i finish some other games.
I played a very small bit of dark souls, if they make a sequel i want it set up like demons souls rather than dark souls. A centralised hub system with separate worlds sounds more reasonable for getting around than walking through lvl after lvl of low tier mobs just to reach a specific area for farming ect.
From what little i played it the hallow vs human form is meaningless, demons souls soul vs body form was better. I can deal without having a thiefs ring, but why do low ti...
My only complaint is a serve lack of rpg elements, i was under the impression it would be like fallout or borderlands. It's a good game from what i played of it, but had i known it was a fps only game i would have got dark souls instead, kinda tired of fps games atm.
Now a fallout next gen using rages engine, that will be a day purchase without question. Rage feels like how a next gen fps, should to an extent be it's without a doubt more enjoyable than crysis 2.

One is the criticism even valid to everyone, 2 everyone has their own tastes. What you consider a small criticism, could be meaningless to someone else and they treat it as such.

I mistakenly assumed this was the same type of game as marvel ultimate alliance 1, part 2 was horrible compared to part 1. I beat it with 1 character, i think a 2 out of 5 is a little unfair the game worked, i encountered no game breaking glitches.
It was between a 5-6 for me, it was an average game to me, felt like it should have come out 3-4 yrs ago, not really what i would expect from a 2011 x-men game.
Considering it's namco-bandai publishing it and not tiny atlus yeah, i thought they were one of the atleast midsized japanese publishers.

This game a 10, nope at least windwaker didn't bore me to death, in about 30 minutes to an hr of tp i was totally uninterested in it.
It would be nice if reviews had a standard to judge it by, galaxy 1 or 2, i could accept a reviewers opinion of 10. I personally wouldn't rate any of them a 10, for the simple fact none of them are competing at the same lvl as ps3/360 games.

The last one got decent reviews, but if you didn't preorder it you were sol, till they got a new shipment in. To any new player to dark souls that never played demons souls, make sure you have a backup controller, if this game is anything like demons souls. Cussing and flying controllers will be a given.
Yeah this is a wrpg not a jrpg and ff hasn't been king of anything since last gen, well fine king of ruining it's relevancy on consoles.
Problem is ms wants to charge a heavy royalty on games with multiple discs, unless they recently changed that. Hence encouraging devs to release a sub par game by cutting things out to avoid having to use 3+ discs and pay a steep royalty charge.
