With how Nintendo has been the last couple gens, if they get on par with the ps4 I will be slightly surprised.
I would give them some leeway in the 60 fps requirement(it is ideal) but not every game needs it to be honest.
But 1080p should be the minimum standard for any gen 8.5 or gen 9 console. Which they might be starting if the rumors are true.

That is already $1300-2000 just for the graphics alone, 4k right now is utterly impractical for consoles, even for pcs it is still way out there.
Nintendo needs to hit a solid 1080p60 fps for the nx, if ms and sony can hit 1440p as a standard with the next systems I will be very surprised.
