Well since the 3ds is a handheld, that eliminates it from a contest of the best nintendo consoles, n64 hardly(metriod & third party support where are you) it's a brutal showdown between the nes & snes.
Nes introduced classic nintendo ips and 3rd party games, and the snes improved on 1st & 3rd party titles as well as introducing new games.

Considering kojima productions owns the rights to the mgs series and kojima is a total perfectionist, i really doubt mgs5 will go to the 360.

Biggest difference mag had 3-5 betas, so you knew exactly what you were getting into, that wasn't the case with brink and mag made it crystal clear there is no single player, brink had the illusion of a single player campaign.
