I hope the company goes bankrupt or something. Square is just a company of empty promises. Promising a epic FF game, promising Last Remnant on PS3, promising to listen to the fans, promising to never release a bad game. These promises all fell through and I cant believe a word Square says anymore. I dont support liars and I dont support game companies that make their fans what half a decade for a sub-par game.

Agreed. Cutting hours of gameplay and story for a RPG was the worst mistake Square made this gen. They spent years developing those ideas and they just cut them because the 360 couldn't handle it. What really pisses me off is that I bought the original 60gig PS3 ($600) because they said their final fantasy games would be exclusive to the platform. Waiting five years for a 80 hour subpar RPG is what really made me decide not to support them anymore.

Square has made exclusives for 360, but we have yet to a single one for the PS3. I remember when they first announced Last Remnant. It was suppose to be multiplat, but for some reason Square made it exclusive to 360. What really pissed me off is that they just pretended that the PS3 announce never existed. The problem with Square is that they are TRYING TOO HARD to appeal to westerners. They really messed of when they decided to use the Unreal3 engine when they didn't have a grasp on...

Some of the PS3 games are pretty good with move. I actually makes heavy rain a challenge to play and Killzone feels like it works better with the move. I can't to play No More Heros!

I didn't update my address because it didn't change. I called Sony and they told me to send it back with a note asking for a new shirt size.

Mine is WAAAY too big. They sent me a XL and I wear a M. Guess I have to sent it back. . .

Saying things without backing it up with a link doesn't fly with me.

"(which now includes SOE customers as of today)"

More false information. . . I swear I hate the media more and more everday. There is no proof that SOE costumers were affected.

I really do want these hackers to pay. They can face up to 10 years in prison for what they have done. Going to prison and getting raped in the butt for hacking a videogame system isn't worth it for me, but I guess these losers are going to get what they asked for.

I have no idea what Im talking about? Millions have played gears 1 and 2 and reported dozens of glitches in both games. . . how does that warrant a disagree? I know what a beta is and just because a beta exist that doesn't mean that developers are going to find and fix all bugs. Example: The Halo Reach beta lasted 17 days and Bungie still shipped the game with the armor lock glitches.

A Gears game with bugs, glitches, and balance issues?!?

Are they really going to f*** up multiplayer three times in a row? I love the single player and I consider Gears 2 one of ther greatest games ever, but these devs need to get it together.

The Root keys that Geohot released allowed hackers to bypass security measures and they eventually used the Root keys to gain access to the severs.

Didn't hackers use the root keys that Geohot released to gain access to the servers. Blaze, you are so misinformed and the fact that you believe the words you type on this site proves that you might not be "all there" mentally.

@Raven_Nomad: What did Sony exactly did Sony instigate?

5384d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

Stupid article. . . all devices that connect to the internet are open to attacks like this. Everything has holes that can be exploited. . . the 360, wii, and even your computer. You can use all the up to date and hack-proof software you want, your system will always be open to hackers. The point is there is NO REAL WAY to keep hackers at bay. Blaming Sony for this is like placing the blame on a rape victim because she wasn't strong enough to fight back. And XboxLive have been down fo...

The only way Sony could have handled this situation poorly was by leaving PSN online and not doing anything about the hacking, but they didn't. They shut down PSN, called in law enforcement, and are investigating if credit card info was stolen. They handled it pretty well to me.

As much as I love my PS3 and PSP, I have to say that the heads over at SONY were idiots when they announced the PSPgo. Its just a terrible device and a downgrade compared to the PSPs. A few of my friends were dumb enough to buy them, but I tried to warn them before hand.

As a user of PSN, I can admit that it could be better. It's interface is lacking in that there is a different way to deal with party invites for each multiplayer game. Sony really needs to intergreat some kind of model (like what xCaptainAmazing suggested). I've played Live long enough to know that private chat ruins team based multiplayer games. Cross-game chat is a pointless feature. I like to sit down and enjoy games (dialog, cutscenes, and all) without having someone's a...
