I was under the impression that this games SP & MP were seamless, so how would you go about playing without other players naturally getting involved?
Do they mean you can choose not to walk around with someone (avoid other players) or do they mean there is an offline mode where there will be no other players in "your world" whilst playing?

So.... Streaming a full PS4 game to a hand held device (Vita) with the same graphics as the PS4 isn't innovative?
Being able to sign in on your PSN and watch a friends who online and even take over there control isn't innovative?

Good software needs good hardware to progress. Software can progress up to a point where the hardware holds it back surely?
When that point comes, you up the hardware and work up to the limit achievable....

This is the one, game i'm personally really looking forward to. I love the fact its open world i can be playing and a mate can just drop in and join in with what i'm doing.
I've played lots of MMO's but this one just seems to be standing out for me! I hope it turns out to be as good as it looks!
