I think Fifa games are quite complicated to play and take some thought.
Pro you just pick it up and it feels natural.
This looks nice though, but Pro will still remain the best.
My favourite team Newcastle are licensed in Pro too. Can't wait!
"awesome, now forza is completely outclassed"
'Now' is the wrong word. It will be, when GT5 comes out, but thats a while away yet and for now Forza 2 is still the best.
I will admit that, even though i'm a 360 fan or an 'xbot' if you like.
I think Forza 3 could reach those standards too though, and it would be better to compare GT5 to Forza 3 if they are going to be released just a few months apart. As for the damage in GT5 I wouldn't expect too much, maybe up to Forza standards if you're lucky, I would be suprised to see anything more than that.
For now I am very happy with my 360 and Forza. The 360 has the better games, but the PS3 is a bette...
Best news all day!
Hope it stays that way though, I remember screens of a previous version showing Chelsea licensed then in the end they weren't
when I get my console back.
People saying Nascar is boring obviously have not watched much of it. I'm in the UK where F1 is quite big. I do prefer F1 more but I watched the Daytona 500 a few months back and it was amazing, far more exciting than 99% of F1 races. I've watched some races since and theres always some close racing and when theres a crash its usually pretty big too.
Do USB fans work in the 360's USB ports?
Might stick one behind my 360.
I'm sitting at work while my 360 downloads the demo.
Just need to get home, turn it on and play.
Two of my most awaited games a week apart.
BRING IT ON!!!
Love the slom-mo replays, great crashes.
Can't wait!
These screens look much better than some previous ones which were very poor.
Still undecided about buying it though.
I hate the 'wall of foliage' around the track.
The deformation does look very good though, but maybe better suited to a sim like CM Dirt.
Colin Mcrae Dirt will do me just nicely.
Looks like Ridge Racer on mud, too arcadey for me, if thats a word.
Same with NHL, the 2K Sports one is better than EA.
It's not crap, its still an amazing game, just with a lot of features missing.
I still play it a lot.
But there are hundreds of thousands, possibly millions more 360 owners than PS3 owners. Konami could potentially make much more money from the 360 version so why would they do this?
Pro Evo 6 was rushed and quite poor, it would have been exactly the same if they had made a PS3 version.
If this has any ounce of truth in it it's a little bit worrying. I don't think that gap would be that big though, not enough to buy a PS3 for.
Please don't put bikes in a car game, they don't mix well.
It's clear to me that GTHD looks much nicer, I have no problem admitting that. Sometimes it's hard to tell whats real life and whats the game, very impressive.
If they did inlcude a good damage model and amazing customization, GT would be better than Forza. But with GT not having these features, Forza is the easy winner for me.
As for PGR4 its too early, early shots from games always seem to look better than the final thing. The rain effects do look impressive though.
I'm sure the 2K Sports version will be better, again.
EA just churn out too many games, most of which aren't very good.
Too much effort goes into graphics and not enough into physics, gameplay, etc.
