I liked the graphics and textures, especially Overlook which was way better looking than the other maps, but I never got a chance to look around, generator defence was awesome. E3 can't come soon enough, I want to check out some campaign footage.
I remember that as well with the band playing Halo music. I agree they always have a good showing, last year was great as wll when they skipped all the sales and the boring stuff and went straight into games.
Yeah, this year looks to be a great E3. I just ordered G4TechTv (not G4, I'm in Canada), I just hope we get the E3 coverage as well though.
I played the demo a bit, it was a bit of fun. I wish people would voice their opinion on the games rather than starting a console war in every damn article.
All they talked about was Natal the whole episode, I was hoping they would talk about some of the games they think were going to be revealed. I know Natal will be a big focus, but like 2 minutes of the thing was about games. I am excited about Natal though.
I like how in that burnout demo, people are just able to switch on the fly.
I like the Natal name, they should stick with it. It's going to be just like when Nintendo changed Revolution to Wii.
I'm looking forward to
Halo Reach Campaign footage
Gears of War 3 footage
Fable 3 Footage
Killer Instinct 3 Announcement
360 Slim
New Dashboard for Natal
See what Natal can really do, and some great games with it
All the rest unannounced stuff.
I bought the first map pack, was a waste of money for me, so I'm not buying this one. I'm probably done with Modern warfare 2.
I played it a bit, was pretty fun.
I love games that offer 4 player split screen, my friends come over, as well as my brothers and my dad.
I like the Natal name better, "Wave" just seems weird.
A lot of the previews seem to have positive comments about Natal, maybe it will live up to the hype it created, I'm hopeful. If it impresses me enough at E3, I might be okay with putting down $149 (rumored price) for it. I won't have to buy any extra controllers or anything, and it'll bring something new for the family to enjoy. Just a couple weeks left.
Looks great, I wish I had a PS3 to play this and some other great games. Just don't have the time and money though. I only have a 360 (which is keeping me busy), but I am tempted time and time again to get a ps3 as well. Maybe a little later.
This game is going to be awesome when it releases, I can't wait. Some of those pics are artwork for the cover of the magazine though. The actual in-game shots look great though. I finally bought the All Fronts Collection yesterday when they dropped the price for Gears 2, gotta play some Horde.
Did Microsoft confirm the price already, because that's what the author keeps implying. This is another thing wrong with the gaming community, they'll believe anything once they read it. I also agree $149 is a very high price but as far as I know, it is not confirmed. Also, no real games have been shown yet so you can't really judge the product already. The author should know that the price is not confirmed yet he goes ahead and writes a whole article about it.
I am very tempted by natal, no games are shown yet but I am interested about the dashboard navigation. Hopefully they'll show some great games to back it up at E3, I will most likely buy it though.
I'll probably wait a little bit to see some of the pre-order incentives before I put money down. I'm getting the game day one for sure though.
I never bought arkham asylum last year, so i bought the game of the year edition. The 3D is okay, but it isn't really 3D, they just play around with the depth of field a bit. The actual game is really awesome though.
I'm looking forward to:
Halo Reach
Gears of War 3
Batman Arkham Asylum 2
Portal 2
Of course all the unknown games.
I wish I had a PS3 as well, because The Last Guardian, looks epic.
