We already knew this since they announced it. It fully supports 4k resolution UI and movies, but not games(yet).
Nearly every part of the PC contributes to graphics in some way, so don't say "RAM doesnt = Graphics".
If you like to edit gameplay videos like I do, then you have to have a capture card(unless both consoles allow you to export media to a flash drive). Also, they did say that there are some things that can't be recorded on via the share button, not sure about the Xbox One though.

They cost around $50+ and no an HDMI to component cable won't work, you can't convert digital to analog over a cable alone.
Actually, they don't know that and neither does any of the other companies that make capture devices. If the Xbox One and PS4 have HDCP protecting the whole system, then there is no way you can record without a converter. It was a problem for those who played on the PS3 and wanted to capture gameplay via HDMI because the whole system was encrypted which didn't allow you to record(you could record with AV cables though).
