The so called "console war" is only a thing that fanboys make up and argue about.
MS, Sony and Nintendo all sell millions of consoles and games and are probably happy with that. All three companies would of course want to be the best selling and so forth, but does the general gamer care about that? No. Does the fanboys? Yes.
I don't care who "wins" the "war". I'm just in it for having great entertainment while playing fun games. (No....
Xbox Live has never been down in the holiday or in 2008. It's been having problems, yes, but it's never been down.
So, NO! Xbox Live is NOT down. I've been playing on Xbox Live every day since christmas. So there you go.
Quit whining, losers.
Or Pepsi.
Anyhow, the video was fun =) I liked the part with Al Gore most: "It's not an inconvenient time. Yes, Bill. I get it" =D
I've got The Orange Box on 360 and it does have a quick save function.
I have lots of arcade games (over 25 I think), cause I always try out the free demos. If I like it, I buy it.
I think that Marble Blast Ultra was the best XBLA game in 2006. A nice challenging singleplayer and a blast of a multiplayer. Really fun game.
And as I said earlier, Bomberman Live was the best in 2007 I think. The best multiplayer so far. I never get tired of bombing men on Live.
I recommend Bomberman Live. 2007's best XBLA game if you ask me. Really great multiplayer.
But I'm guessing that MS will pick a game that we can get for free. Like Bands of Bugs or something.
If it indeed was someone hacking Xbox Live making it like it has been the last week, I hope that they get caught and get sentenced to lifetime in jail playing Lair!
I got a 120 GB hard drive for christmas, and after I had transfered all the files from the 20 GB to the new one it took ages to sign into xbox live and bring up the dashboard blades.
But is that because Xbox Live is slow right now? I didn't have any problems with it before the 120 GB hard drive. I can access the two blades to the right, but not the XBLA games and demos, the XBL blade and not the marketplace blade. I have to start a game up, and then go back to the dashboard and...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! =D
You guys need to chill out for a second. It's the website that's called NextGen, they're not calling it the 30 best "next gen games" or anything.
Damn. Learn to read, folks.
2007 = The Year of the Xbox 360. No question about that.
It's sad to see so many pathetic fanboys in here who have no interest in Bungie, MS or Halo. Why the hell do you post your meaningless opinions here? Oh yeh...you're all fanboys...that's why.
Pathetic, I say.
Can't wait to play football on Foundry =D

If COD5 will be as bad as COD3 then, ladies and gentlemen, I recommend you do not buy COD5. That was one of the biggest mistakes I did this generation - buying COD3. I've learned my lesson, let's see if Treyarch (Activision) has learned their.
I hate people complaining about a map pack being to expensive when it costs 10 dollars. If you can afford to eat burgers for breakfast, lunch and dinner, u can afford to use 10 bucks on some maps.
Just skip a visit to McDonalds and you've saved that money.
I'm looking forward to december 11th. All three maps looks great, especially Standoff =)
Proably worth the MS points =)
Bungie really knows how to make great maps....and gametypes.
Rooocket Raaaaaaaaaaace! RR probably works on Standoff =)
I didn't know that Mrs. Incredible was in that game.
Make it an FPS.
Colours, please.
Vehicles.
More guns.
More multiplayer modes.
More open areas in both SP and MP.
Real combat dialog and not just "Nice" and "Cool".
Saved Films function.
More variation than "shoot'n'duck".
If that makes it into the game I might consider getting it.
He who wrote that article can't be serious. Does he think that a game that gets 10/10 must be a perfect game? Just as he states himself; nothing is perfect. Ergo - no game can ever be perfect. By that doesn't mean that reviewers can't give a game 10/10.
What's the point of having the score 10, then? We could just give all great games 9 then, since every game in history and every game in the future will have at least one little bug, glitch, ergo, no games ever should earn 10/10 ...
I've played quite a bit of different racing games on different consoles throughout the years and Burnout 3 isn't exactly my favorite. I would rate PGR3/4, Forza 1/2 and Rallisport Challenge 1/2 way higher.
I liked Burnout 3 for the first hours, but when I was done with the career, I barely touched the game again.
