wow, that article was laughable, how the hell did this get approved? even with the piracy, the 360 has the highest attach rate of all 3 consoles, not to mention that age old PC game piracy isn't even mentioned in the article.
Console piracy isn't exactly a new thing either, when i was about 8 years old most of my mates had their PSX chipped, or knew it was possible to do so.

uploading is decidedly illegal, i can remember reading about legal loopholes in downloading though. something about exploiting the terms of a copyright. of course you could just join a private torrent site that the gestapo-like law authorities cant get on to without hassle
i just got the 360 demo and liked it, i really did, whilst the controlls were abysmal, the ease of switching pepective made it easier to use it as an FPS for most of the time, which it is reasonably tollerable with.
I'm buying it, the game is amazing from what i have heard from people that like it (its a marmite game so i've heard, love it or hate it)
