Are you implying sony lists guaranteed games to be released? Lmfao sony is notorious for delaying, cancelling and flat out announce games years in advance with zero confirmation of a release date. Heck sony showed games at the ps3 launch that turned out to be nothing more then pipe dreams.

XBL was NOT down. I was able to play online against players in MLB2k13 and NHL13.
Only some features weren't responding such as txt messaging and some apps.
XBL was still up. The issue did NOT last 5+ hours either.

It amazes me that when the 60 GB PS3 launched, ALL the Sony fanboys were bragging that it would have BC and just how awesome the feature was.
Then when Sony phased it out, Sony fanboys weren't happy about it. Now that the PS4 won't have BC and rumor has it that MS WILL be 100% BC, BC no longer means anything and is a useless feature.

PS+ is a HUGE ripoff to consumers. Only a fool would pay $50 a year so that they can save a bit on a game. Then on top of that, it's old games that everyone has already played.
PS+ is for the casual consumer. Hardcore players already owned, played, completed and traded in the game before it even becomes available on PS+.
