I can't wait for the whining because it doesn't look as good as Uncharted 3 on consoles and it doesn't have the player count of other games.
Unfortunately the only way you're going to beat Call of Duty is to be as loud and obnoxious as some of the CoD devs and have a huge advertising budget. Whether or not you have a better game is irrelevant.
There are other things you can do with better hardware. You would still be playing 24 player online in Battlefield 3 for example.
Why can't someone own a console for those few great console only games and game on their PC for everything else? If I had to choose I would take the STALKER series alone over all those games but I don't have too, I can do both.
infamous 2 is far above my expectations and I'm buying it day one most likely but its graphics don't come close to the PS3's more linear games.
Sims, racing games with a wheel and a multi monitor setup. Anything requiring a controller too and you get to pick the controller and button layout.

I tried running Crysis on my old PC that just meets the min requirements and its not pretty. No way in Hell will he ever get the full game and all its assets running. One grenade blows up next to some trees and its YLOD for your PS3.

The environments are way too big. Not even Naughty Dog or Guerrilla's knowledge of the PS3 could save it.

One day is 24 hours, that's a long FPS. 12 hours is a long FPS these days. You'd be lucky to get 8 hours from anything this year so far. 15 hours is plenty but it could be more if there is a lot of side content that you don't have to do like most open world games have. You could beat GTA IV in one day if you forced it.
