Graphics: Nope, the game I played a year ago looked far better than what has been shown.
Better Engine: Check, but are they using it to do more?
Free DLC: Check and you only had to wait a year.
6 hours of extra content: Check?, but don't come crying to anyone when it is just the interactive comic and the DLC most of us have already played. Mass Effect is more than 6 hours of content your PS3 won't get.
All on 1 HDD: Check.
Inferior PS3 ...
Give me a reason that isn't an opinion as to why any of those games are superior to something in the same genre and do it without getting angry.
PC version still looks better and it is using an inferior engine.
I've seen this game before but I swear it looked better than both these screens.
In a year one of you will be wrong but there is no way to tell now.
Just this year?
Metro 2033
STALKER Call of Pripyat
Amnesia The Dark Descent
ARMA II Operation Arrowhead
Mass Effect 2
Obviously. I think it's funny when there are graphical 'debates' between two certain types of fanboys because they're fighting for second place. Although these pictures aren't very good.
I love how your main argument is graphics. If graphics are all that matter than Killzone is a shitty game and so is Halo. Go look at PC shooters, both games can't compete. Neither are 1080p and both have aliasing. Halo has a lot going for it. There are so many gamemodes and so many options for each one, there is a map editor that actually does a decent job as a map creator, theater, the game is updated weekly by Bungie, the gameplay is far more varied. The game's color palette is much...
Placeholder date most likely.
Haha, I thought they were gonna compare it to a PC title. That would have been ugly.
Lens Of Truth: Buy a PC.
@Clizz
Still buying it too, along with several other PS3 titles next year but if everything has to be a graphics battle then we all know the real winner.
Metro 2033 was the best looking game this year, PC version not 360.
That's a free game
That has to be the funniest thing I've seen in a while. I'm sure someone had to change their pants after that.
I think they'll wait at least six months, probably a year after Reach to announce their next project. They want Reach to have a long life span even if they are handing control of Reach to 343 when they release their next project. I think its great they are going multiplatform with full control of their work.
Wow, this changes my thoughts on Black Ops. I wouldn't be getting it for PC, but the fact they are doing this means they obviously care and the game might be much better than expected.
Its good to see the exclusive barrier coming down. The only exclusives should be published by Sony and Microsoft to keep competition up and console prices down. Otherwise we should all enjoy the same experiences.
Didn't work well for that guy in Missouri.
If everything is "overpowered" then it is balanced.
This is why we can't have nice things. When you start looking at little things like graphics this in depth you kill the fun of a game.
Exclusive?
