And Driveclub has improved a good bit in the last week. Not perfect by any means, but I can get into MP race. Even solo the challenges and ghost cars are actually showing up pretty regularly, which improves it drastically.

They're great phones, but they're not going to sell that many restricting them to just T-Mobile or unlocked.
I personally like it. It's a bit bare bones as there is no career mode or bunch of different way to play like EA's games have. But if you just want to hit the links, it's a solid game. And it has a course builder, which is fantastic if you're into making your own. Some of the user designed courses are amazing.

I don't know about cut them loose, but definitely keep a closer eye on any future projects, for sure.
BTW, it is a fun game in those few moments you're actually online. But when you're not connected, it's missing a huge part of what makes it good.
I could at least log in and play BF4 when it launched, unlike Driveclub. I'll take gameplay issues over no connection anyday.
Having said that, Driveclub is a fun game. And when the miracle occurs and you're online, the time trials, ghost cars, etc, make it tremendously better. But I've had two nights over the last week and a half where I actually got that.
Loved the idea, hated the execution.
As long as it's not just God of War with different skins, in that the protagonist has a "blade on chains" type of weapon and he's going to kill other gods. Not that I didn't love GoW, but if they went with mythology combat stuff, I'd rather see it changed up a bit.
I know the game had its issues, but I really liked the direction Too Human was going. Mythology, but very technological at the same time. I could really dig a well-made version of somethin...
Oh well. I have school starting again January, so this is a next summer game for me now.

And it's pretty simple. Even though people can't connect, the game is constantly trying. So those extra people with the free version will be trying to connect to the server, too. Since that's the case, they're delaying the free version to save what server space they have for people who have bought the game already instead of letting people with the free version use up a connection someone who already paid for it could have.
Oh, Cloud Spaces. I feel bad for those guys, but at the same time if a hacker managed to also delete their backups, they probably weren't doing something correctly.
I just literally cannot understand how Evolution dropped the ball THIS badly. Yeah, most big online games have issues, but here we are three days later and many people, including myself, who bought the game still can't get on at all.
Really is a fun game though. Blowing across a snow-covered mountain in a Ferrari or Aston Martin is a blast, and makes me excited to see the really high-end cars.
For real. They have saud all along that it's not a full-on simulation, yet people still complain that its not like Forza or GT. I don't get it, I honestly don't.
I could see a movie out of their stories.
