i think it has to do with more than just price point. is that the biggest factor? you bet, but its not the end all reasoning. Lots of people moved on from xbox last generation for multiple reason. The RRoD thing swayed quite a few people away from the console, not to mention the abrupt stopping of exclusives within the past couple of years, and then seeing announce 360 games being moved to the xboxone. Those are just a few reasons people wouldn't want to purchase the new xbox.

Yes my original psone still works, I took it out about a month and a half ago threw mgs1 in it and played all the way to sniper wolf... I don't know why that's hard to believe.
I buy sony products because of reliability to this day I can plug in my original Psone and it still works same with my ps2...heck I was digging around in a box full of old stuff and found a Sony walkman tape player not too long ago and that worked, still had btnh creeping on ah come up in it lmao

I have 50 MBS, plugged strait into the ps4, but sadly my router will not let my vita connect through internet maybe I'll fiddle with it this weekend

My sons only 18 months,I got awhile but if I'm playing ps4 he has his own ps3 controller he goes and grabs...then chews on but he knows he needs it when I'm playing at least
