on bf when you get shot round the corner it is because the calculations are done client side. but with server side calculations, getting shot around the corner will be almost nonexistant.
spin it anyway you want it, regional dedicated servers that run games with server side calculation...
majin, if the severs are region locked, then it is not really a major concern... but lag will be less noticeable for all the players.
what i am more interested in is if the calculations are done server side(great) or client side (like bf, where you get shot around corners)
if this cloud business not only offers dedis plus server side calculations (which with everything they are saying about cloud compute, then it most probably is), then that is a big f'ki...

lots of times playing kz2 the game stopped because the "host quit".
i could never understand why n4g was always raving about dedicated servers on kz, when infact there wasn't any
grfx and lighting look really nice, but the stab-em-in-the-eye for massive damage gameplay looks rubbish.
i want to see alot more before jumpng on the exclusive = greatness bandwagon
