From what I've heard/seen of the game, it's main selling point seems to be allowing you to blow a LOT of stuff up. Hope there's other good stuff, beyond that.
Somehow clone doesn't seem synonymous with good.
Wait, but didn't they give a cigar in there too? Kids can still keep those? Those brass knuckles look so sweet.
Someone call the Ghostbusters, the Phantom Disagreer is around.
They'll probably announce a bunch. I'm not sure how many of their unannounced games could actually come out this year, but who knows.
Somehow, seeing doctors on their DS while treating patients doesn't seem like a good idea. Half of them will probably just be playing Animal Crossing or something.
Yeah, you're right. Sometimes this site is too locked up in flame wars for any humour for the sake of humour to slide through.
If that's pocket change, imagine how much the waiters at a retaurant catering to Microsoft executives make in tips. o.O
Um...it's slightly more than 15 dollars. I think it's about 5.3 billion, roughly, but the exchange rates have probably shifted since I last checked.
Uhoh. Lol at the pic though.
Geez. They could make a sky scraper out of all the 10000 yen bills that amounts to. Maybe if it was like Wii shaped.
Also, @1: Yeah, articles coming out saying that Nintendo is doomed when they are making profits like this, despite having had several poor weeks in Japan would be silly. However, they have acknowledged that it's worrying, but they refuse to cut the price. Not that they really need to in Japan. Likely when some of their bigger games come out this year, they'll be in fighti...
Wow. I hope that that picture is somehow photoshopped. Imagine how many shirts he goes through in a day.
Does that mean that Final Fantasy cosplayers are the equivalent of Elvis impersonators?
This gives me rage of the Brooklyn variety! Actually, I can wait for the full game. The demo's not really a huge point of contention with me. The full game getting postponed so that development could be shifted to the 360 is annoying, but that's the state of things, so whatever.
It's definitely a great game, but trading fun for realism was a poor choice. It's not like I'm saying that the game would have been greatly improved if they had put in a cheat for flying vehicles, or something, but it still seems like a poor tradeoff. That being said, having a compelling and somewhat mature story is in no way a bad thing.
That sounds pretty awesome. Hope it's available at some point for people who don't pre-order the game at Gamestop.
Actually, I believe James Marsteres (something like that), the guy who plays Piccolo, said that he wanted to do 6 sequels. Seems kinda dumb though. If you can't get it right on the first movie, why would any of the other 6 be any better? Then again, I've yet to see the movie.
Oh, well now that it's official...
It's kinda ridiculous to think that any of the current systems would suddenly "die", especially within the span of this year.
Iphone, shmiphone. Really hope that the psp doesn't take too many tips from it in the inevitable PSP2.
Not a bad read. I've always loved Koichi Sugiyama's music, especially in Dragon Quest VIII.
