Agreed. Some of their games are awesome (Yakuza series for example) but mostly they seem to have lost their way.

There will be no consequence for lying to N4G users. This is just one problem with the submissions on N4G. If any site is shown to have lied to/mislead users that site should be restricted from posting for a set amount of time.
If this happened you'd see this crap cease in a day.
