Worldwide includes Japan, does it not? As it stands, the 360 outsells the PS3 in most developed countries, with the recent trends pointing towards an overtake in the near future.

It's outselling the 360 still in Japan because Microsoft is American.

Pirates are usually people who would never have bought it in the first place.
Therefore $2m was not lost as digital software can be copied as many times as possible without extra cost to the publisher and Because of this, these pirates havent cost EA anything.

@EVO not at all, I can guarantee they didn't, neither has pretty much ANY console in history. Why would the 360 be different? That's the point I am making.
I agree, I reckon this includes, re-sold refurbs and free replacements sent out to consumers who were victim of the RRoD and similar defects. Actual sales are probably lower.
