Quit praising Driveclub, that game was pretty and that was it. The only thing DC will be remembered for is its rain physics. Not it's content, cars, ai and definatly not its gameplay because DriveClub plays like S#1t on a steering wheel i know i've tried it.

That's what worries me. This could be the worst selling FH game in the series because of GamePass. People didn't buy FH for a dollar, they bought a 1 month subscription to GP for a dollar.

The article says: "for their efforts, they received a paltry 42,000 credits from the race and 5,000 from the daily workout roulette." I just tried to re-create this race to get that pathetic payout and the best i could get was 90k for 1st, 60k for 2nd and 0 for 3rd.

My race settings:

So they took away the first cash cow that was found, you got all pissy and you have to resort to using scripts and rubberbands. One day after the update where they nerfed fishermans ranch winnings guess what happened. Tidgney a well known GT streamer and the guy who discovered the 1.2 mil race, found another one earning 1.1 mil per hour.

I knew people were going to find more cash cows it was the same in GT5, 6 and sport all you had to do was keep playing, gittin gud and eve...

GT Sport HAS damage. It's simulated not visual (apart from scratches and busted headlights)
On the HUD the car icon located to the left of the speedo counter is the damage indicator, you take a hit that part lights up and you take a hit in performance. The damage model come in two forms light and heavy. In light you take a bump you get a performance drop for like 30 seconds and it comes right. In heavy the damage stays until you come into the pits. What i remember from DW6 was alot of characters who had unique weapons in the previous games ended up with either a spear, sword or bow. Some that come to mind was the guy with the claw like Vega from street fighter, the guy with tonfas, the guy with the samurai sword and the chick with the bladed rings, all cool weapons changed to generic sword, bow or spear.

The spinoff strikeforce was pretty cool.

Serious the game has a terrible subscription service, you don't own anything, its all overpriced, to progress you must spend money, It has an ugly menu, it's not user friendly especially for new comers, your race can be ruined before its even started, and it's hand...

Ray Tracing isn't going to matter when you're sharing a narrow race track with 16 or more people and you're all moving at 200+ kph. You got other things to worry about.

During the GT would tour there were a few guys who played on controller, one of the Japanese guys played using motion controls.

I would've been good if they gave us one last update to GT Sport. Retune the penalty system, a few new cars maybe Trial Mountain and a balance of performance update. That would carry the game to the GT7 release.

Just finished streaming the update and it's awesome. The car is great, handles like the GR.3 Supra, goes through the corners quick. A little lacking in straight line speed but not much. Something that's not mentioned here is a huge B.O.P update, most of the GR.4 & 3 cars got re-balanced and the 08 GR.2 cars so hopefully no more daily and nations races ending up being one make races. Overall i'm very happy with this update.
