I only have one question for the devs.
Why do we start at the basement? We all just head for the suit anyways. Wasted time walking all the way every single time.
Boring seems to be part of the design.
Look at the opening mission. That was special.

Been saying this after I played through the story and 10 hours more.
RPG's allow for long games with good stories but require damn good writing and a damn good effort. That's what made the old Bioware games so good.
The game has 3 armour sets only, of which 1 is locked behind the pre-order legendary edition.
There is pretty much only 1 gun model for each of the gun types.
And yet they have the audacity to have a micro transaction store. Anything in that store should be in the game. Just keep playing, you'll understand what I mean by this game being very very thin in content.

So the day 1 patch created a whole new set of issues.
This game is turning out to be a real shit show.
Well somebody's gotta further the Mass Effect style of cinematic storytelling/rpg now that Bioware's dead.
Funny that Mass Effect 1 and Knights of the Old republic were originally released for the Xbox and published by Microsoft. Both were directed by Casey Hudson. After Mass Effect 3, Casey Hudson went on to work with MS for mixed reality tech before he moved back to Bioware in 2017. Maybe MS might do it right again.

Halo Infinite is FPS which I am guessing from all the rumours and reveals that it will be open world and have rpg elements.
All of that should have been in the game. The game feels a little thin at the moment. I feel like I am doing the same collect orbs, kill scar shield dude, and press f for certain search objectives.
Even after all the issues I'm having a blast. We all might have to re-review this in a months time.
Bioware needs to give it their best shot in updating it.

After playing this game on game pass, I would give this game a 7/10.
Its more fun that I expected it to be. The multiplayer is a destruction tech alpha.
Some of these extremely low scored reviews need investigation.
