The HDR is really well done. HDR in most games look like high saturation and contrast. Gears actually does nail it.

Completely agree. Other games would do this in a cutscene and use close ups etc, but having it in real time, I agree with Max Pears.
Also accessing in game (in object menus, hacking, various targeting systems, terminals, computers) , interactive...
I know you can, I played it in first p view and had no issues. I actually preferred it considering how bad the third person animations were.

We don't know the extent of the modifications and their visual effect on the player character and even if it did, CDPR must have a good reason for sticking to first person. Considering that they pretty much made 3rd person games prior to this, their design choice must have a good reason.
