Nahhh it kicked off last year with Gears of War 5 and then Outer Worlds. That thing was on fire last winter. Was a great launch. Corona is a boost for every aspect of home entertainment. This is long run habit creation.

If I were running MS I would go all the way. Get billions to play not few hundred million over 6 years. Thats the idea with gamepass.
Gamepass is the service like Nettflix, consoles are like the TV's for watching Netflix. Both can make money in different ways. The bigger idea is Gamepass. Its basically like Netflix.
Its unavoidable value and a new kind of gaming habit creation. When more AAA content is available at subs cost, its a win for gamers. The gaming scene is going to be something else in the future. We have different gaming habits now, less patience and what not. Theres a large number of AAA and AA games. We cant even complete most of the games. Thats why the Netflix concept is going to have a huge glow up in gaming.

You are right but here PS5 teams needs to announce this because its new for Sony consoles to develop games quicker now.
Xbox and PC development has always been smooth for ages. MS designed a large part of the graphics and software tech anyways.
The entire catalogue will be on Gamepass by Christmas.

If you look closely at MS history, its actually the opposite of what you said. They try everything and anything and even scrap them also. The amount of indie funding is crazy. Scalebound cancellation was a quality control move. MS did that to protect its brand, Sony would do it too.
