Im going to say the xbox one will be a snazzier faster ui, mainly because they focused less on gamers who don't really care that much about UI, and focused more on the casual market who would freak over a slow ui
That ESRAM was probably included just for the multitasking and the UI, making it so responsive
I honestly couldn't care less about a UI, as long as it isn't terribly sluggish

This is a age of internet, no more do consoles and games have to be released completed, now they can just patch all there mistakes.
This is 2013, power outages and surges aren't that big of a deal. I doubt it would brick your console, you just have to reinstall

My tv controller died a year and a half ago....I still have to turn it on and off manually and change the inputs....batterys are a no go for me, especially triple a....I can steal double a from a work flashlight or something but only other controllers have triple a....also they are so expensive and so meniscuse I forget to buy them
