I have seen comparisons on game trailers where the ps4 textures are a huge step up on the environment and boat and such, but the character models are just slightly better. Also weather effects are much better
While I highly doubt it, it is possible, the ps4 only runs 10 degrees hotter than the the one and consumes more power than the xbox one. I doubt a 200mhz raise would impact heat that muxh also, these cpus are underclocked already so you have to take that into account.
