Cant wait to play this
Excellent deal. Apply, buy, pay in full, cancel. =) Too bad I already own a PS3
I bought my PS3 mainly because of Bluray. I am sure there are many many people out there that bought it for the same reason. This is why Bluray software sales are 2:1 ratio DUH!?!
Please don't flame, sure I love games too but I am very selective with my games. Only purchasing AAA titles. Currently only own Oblivion, COD4 and Resistance =/ My next purchase will be Metal Gear, Gran Turismo and FFXIII.
I'm happy with my Blu-ray =)
That's a great buy, I have an empty space in my closet that needs to be filled.
I'm guessing your an owner of a $98 HD-DVD player and Transformers: The Movie..... LMAO!!
Doesnt matter its sold out
Blu-ray > DivX plus PS3 is going to get DivX anyways.
Personally I prefer the lighter SixAxis controller. Easier on my wrist and I like the long battery life. Plus it won't damage as much when dropped being lighter and all. I think dualshock will easily cut the battery runtime by a third.
I think Jeff is a damn good reviewer, he speaks his mind. Most of the scores he gives is something I would have given, he was a bit too soft with the Bioshock review though. I think Bioshock deserves an 8, Twilight Princess maybe an 8.5
But I have to give it up to Microsoft this generation. Seems like they are here to stay and I am glad.
@Lawman
You talk about hardware sales but I hope you know that HD-DVD hardware sales is estimated around 600,000 user? If you think thats plenty try comparing it to 7.5 million Blu-Ray users. There is no way HD-DVD will catch up in 2008. Think about it, that tiny .5 million from the 7 million is almost as much as HD-DVD total install base worldwide LOL@@
Yeah FF7 is the best in the series but the best RPG goes to Chrono Trigger for SNES. That's a true masterpiece and I believe no game can ever achieve it's greatness ever!
My personal favorite from top to bottom:
FF7 (Simply the Best IMO)
FF6
FF9
FF8
FF5
FF12
FF10 Wost ever almost had me quiting the series, also the easiest. Killed last boss in a couple of hit in like 5 minutes. All that preperation for nothing.
WOW....
Get a PS3, no thinking involved. Plus you get Blu-Ray built in, rechargable controllers and a high-end DVD upscaler.
With no hard drive it aint gonna work.
I knew it wasn't just me who thought Bioshock was a weak game. I mean the graphics were good but with only around 8-10 enemy character models made this game seriously lame. And the twist of the story was obvious. Plus I finished that game in 11 hours. Wasted my money for nothing...
Thats actually not a bad deal. How much is AOL broadband service per month? Site says $44.95 so times it by 24 months equals $1078.80 for the whole 2 years contract. Minus the cost of PS3 and game would bring it down to $619.80 so thats around $25.82 a month. But then again you can have Verizon or AT&T DSL for less than $20 a month.
HAHA Apple & SEGA, that would really piss Microsoft off.
