agree 1,000 x about this game not having dedicated servers. there is no reason for it, with as huge as this franchise is and the problems that peer hosting causes. the spec ops game mode is fun, the multiplayer is just ridiculous at times. I aim at some guys head, show hit markers on them multiple times and in the kill cam I get shot in the foot and the wall behind me has bullet holes all around the place where the spray and pray event took place and still wind up dead.

Heres an idea for them they could make the maps day/night toggle. Do like they done with crash and make it winter with the christmas theme. Just adding day/night feature would double the amount of maps due to the way you would be forced to play them.

some of these developers have dropped back the quality and pride of work in favor of the copy/paste method and patching things in "IF" they can after they release the game which should work properly prior to release. its an issue across all gaming platforms and it needs to stop
+1 bub, didnt know about this site....It has sold well on my friends list 10 people have it for ps3. My only issue is the occasional lag, and all the letters of objectives/players/shapes glowing that obstruct my view. other than that I am having a blast regardless of sales figures.

for the same reason that Medal of Honor included Frontline on the PS3. It gave it something extra to stand out. Its free, why complain. Someone somewhere may enjoy it, get over yourself.
The point is that it was expected to be included with the game at release as that is how it was advertised earlier. Why the hell would I pay for something when I can get it for free, it was announced over 6 months ago or longer that it would be included with.

you gotta keep paying to enjoy the perks...they are gonna knock down the total slots for add ons you can have, limit the amount of money, and the total number of characters. this is basically a stripped down version of the game, think Homefront Multiplayer Demo or Mag Demo.
Pretty soon it will be another 20 cents, and then another, and another...etc...This is what happens when competition starts going under.
It is very convenient though. So I guess we are slaves to the convenience.
One thing that Black Ops done great was the Combat Training. I played the hell out of that and hope the next game has it. Multiplayer Games would all benefit from a mode like this with humans against the bots. It was a great addition.

My Black Ops game didnt work for a damn month properly which led to my trade in...lol....the first few days of boot kicks and not being able to connect were nothing compared to how bad Black Ops was....I can at least play this online.
The squad splitting and icons everywhere on the screen are what is pissing me off with this game. I have had three guys in front of me hidden behind objective points and letter mess that destroys my view.
very underrated game and studio in my opinion. when infamous launched that was how I envisioned an open world game to be. the character controls were great, there were a few bugs but for the most part it was damn near perfect. I wish that GTA/Red Dead could utilize a character control like that. I hate getting stuck in stairwells, fences, cars, etc...and getting blasted on because my damn character wont move. That was a critical error for me on GTA4 and couldnt look past it.
