^. This. I loved the 1st resistance. I wish they would have went back and made a patch for the controls to make it a little more modern style but it was the first FPS game that I enjoyed. The maps were great in that they adjusted size based on number of players.
If they do make another game resistance game I'd pick it up for next gen. They need to give it a rest for this gen.
You want proof of dlc cut from the game all you have to do is look for the sorry ass 100kb download for the maps/guns/characters. It's been plaguing this generation. You can't get much more proof to show someone if they can't comprehend that maps/modes/extras will ring in a hell of a lot higher than 100 kbs.
Switch maps. I've played some of the same maps over and over. The same map can be voted for at least twice and at times when the migrate host/session occurs you can get stuck in it even longer. I played the map Turbine for the first time yesterday in like 50 games.

Yep. They should have went with another name for this. Nintendo Revolution/extreme/etc....I know it is a hot seller but most of my friends think its just the tablet controller add on. Most people think it is gonna go the same route as the wii and cater a bunch of shovelware. Which is why i am kind of on he fence. I will never understand some of these big companies when it comes to how they come to terms on some of these decisions with names and advertising directions.

I will probably trade in my wii that has been collecting dust in a box since 2010 and a spare ps3 and pick one up for shits and gigs just to see how it pans out. I'm waiting for game loft to hit the mobile dev app and put modern combat domination or any of the hundreds of free or .99 games on the app stores for use on the vita. Some of those games on phones are really good for what they are they just need the buttons to work properly. Zombie gunship on that screen with buttons instead of screen swipes = 😁

If they were charging this fee to use dedicated servers to make some of the games perform a lot better then I could see your view this would add value and would be a true feature offered by the service which would warrant a fee. Adding a few "functions" that not everyone uses or desires does not justify the price for a lot of people.
It's not about being able to afford a few bucks towards anything, it's the fact that by purchasing the game on one...

Thought I went overboard. Picked up Res evil 6, dishonored, doom bfg, unit 13, ace combat, ratchet and clank collection. Got some good deals now just got to find some time to play them.

I have a slim and it worked fine all day. I log out and come back in every game I try to join freezes my ps3. Hard reset. Corrupt file check. Rinse and repeat. Activision can eat a big bowl of Dick.
Buying call of duty for the campaign? First time I've ever heard that. Maybe just for the zombie mode, but not the single player.

The idiots in charge at zipper were responsible for their own demise. The dlc for mag split what little community the game had not to mention the big patch that totally changed the game for the worse. Zipper screwed themselves by trying to copy what others had done (sloppy copy at that) rather than focus on their own franchises to try to capture the a.d.h.d kids rather than their loyal community.

Definitely what people would be into a resident evil style game using the move to properly interact with the environment. I wondered why they didn't put an analog stick on the move controller in order to allow more freedom with movement/better use of dual move useable in a game. Good luck to the creators and hopefully Sony will use something better than a 1998 webcam if they intend to use motion controls next gen. The tech is there its just ridiculous at times with the horrible camera...
No way is this better than the last one. The graphics on this are early gen ps3 almost ps2 quality online. The customization is a nightmare to try to navigate. The guns are hit and miss. Head shots sometimes count, same with melee kills. They should have just built upon the original game and fixed the spawn point problems and the lag of the original and they would have been fine. Haven't touched the single player yet but the multiplayer is so-so.
