The game plays fine on the Wii. My only issue is the controller setup. I am so accustomed to the ps3 controller and its setup that I hit the wrong button all the time to aim/shoot and to switch weapons. The game plays fine, have yet to encounter any lag or problems that I have elsewhere. I wish that full button mapping customization would become standard in games. There's a bunch of pre sets but none change the aim/shoot button choice
Agreed. As a big ps3 fan I am having a blast with the Wii u. ZombiU is awesom. The controls for the Netflix/Hulu/YouTube app suck. I don't understand why you are forced to use the gamepad to control those apps. I thought maybe the pro controller would give you the freedom to use it instead....but no.

Lmao. They have had years to optimize the ps3 version and yet it still sucks ass. I've got it and had the 1st game for a month and a half before I traded it back in. The combat mode is the only thing they got right on the ps3 version and its a downgrade from the 1st game. I look forward to the Wii u version I've got coming.
The lag compensation is pure bs. I've got a 30 MB connection low ping and get smoked with 3-4 bullets all the time after I empty a mag into someone's back and they can turn around and kill me near instantly. It's better than the 1st game on the ps3. Up until the most recent patch now the lag is even worse.

The rewards system was similar to the Nintendo deal. It's a shame that it didn't come to everyone. If I had to guess this is either patent squatting or that hopefully the system will just read the disc as authentic and not a burned copy. I don't really see them doing this due to the huge backlash unless they were to drop brand new games to less than 30 bucks.

Then perhaps those devs could release a copy for 45-50 bucks digital on release day and gain a shit ton more sales. There is no reason a digital copy should cost anything close to the physical format when you can sell the physical copy for a little bit after you grow tired of/complete/view the media.

I'm trying to figure out why game loft hasn't littered the store with the clones yet or if Sony is not letting them. I know this wont make them tons of money but it is successful on phones and tablets. The added online pass helps to kill the subpar online game off. Rented it from gamefly you get a limited time for online. It was an expansion of the last game that actually played worse. The only thing somewhat fixed with this version was the spawn points.

The dc universe game was a coaster after it was used when it was released. After I quit playing it was worthless in anyone else's machine. So there is a way to detect. They even used the new game detection for the ps rewards program they had setup a few years back that gave points for using new game discs.
Steam and other forms of digital sales excell because of competitive pricing. I have bought a bunch of mp3 albums and music from amazon because of the price. .99-6.99 for a song/album when the disc costs 9.99+. If they were to keep their ear to the consumers wishes for cheaper prices for digital goods this may succeed.

This game could have been a lot of fun however they chose a 3rd person shooter engine that felt like it was purchased at a dollar store. I've played better shooter games in create a mode in little big planet. They had a huge licensed product and phoned it in hoping that they could lure people in with the name brand. Thank god again for gamefly. This is just as shitty as Naughty Bear. Maybe a 9.99 budget dl game but that's stretching it.
