Why buy in game tat anyway? I have never understood spending real money to get it, maybe I'm just too old now.
Not really this has been mentioned a few times before the latest about GP not doing as well as projected.
150k + sales got the GH title awarded to a game, PE sold just shy of 2m copies so my memory was faulty.
Same for Dino Crisis I reckon.
Amazing for sure, loved that game, sadly not the biggest seller if memory serves.
Think they should do both, make the money makers first, use that to make the others.

30fps at lower resolution and detail, like how PC's do it between low end and top end rigs. Seems devs are not scaling to diff hardware on consoles.

The PC version was ok for it was slightly janky/buggy even for those times, absolutely loved it. This is great news especially for those that never played it.

Nope, only benefit will be higher frame rates/no upscaling with that card.
Looks way above my PS4 version in terms of resolution and models/graphics, but still lacking in some PC bells and whistles.
Better/fun is relative though.
They had better fix it, running in DX11 is not the ultimate solution.
If you buy a good PC no need for consoles now, some "exclusive" games you will have to wait a year maybe 2 for but so much to play to tide you over until they drop.
