well lair was hyped but its not the most hyped. What I call overhyped is a game thats really just average but becasue of its hype sells tons and people consider it great. Lair had hype, but was bad enough that the hype did not sell it. I enjoyed lair but it was very underwhelming. According to my defination of overhyped halo is on the list. lol.
Another above average review from halo. I'm starting wonder if this 95% on megacritic or whatever doesn't pick and choose who they use for their critics. Fun game but I can't believe about the graphics. I know graphics arn't everything and they don't make the game, Shoot i play diseaga, but this is a flagship FPS. Bungie has been working on nothing but this game since halo2 and the graphics arn't better? Thats not a good sign when a launch title FPS for the ps3 (fall of man)has better graphic...
so true, this list is Nintendo biased. I"m not a fan of the 360, but how isn't mass effect there? uncharted? unreal? PGR4? GT5 prologue? Rachet and Clank? and that is only basing it on games not out yet.

yeah I know, I mean this is good news, but the game has been in the works for how long? If they are going to release this by next year they better but their butts in high gear. Stop remaking games for the DS and finish this.

Although i don't dig the whole halo hype. All because it didn't do well at one retial store doesn't mean it ain't selling. IT already has sold a crap load if i'm not mistaken. It also matters what retail store this is.

well it just came out today so i really haven't had time to play it, but it plays the same way has halo 2 which i did beat so in a sense I have played halo3 haha. I will make a deal I will give it a change and play it for myself and not think its the same halo 2 with better online and worse story, if people who haven't played halo stop saying its the God of FPS and halo 3 ownz all and say it deserves a 9.9 before they play it.

These games were hyped but not like halo. It doesn't have console themed after it. IT doesn't have its own damn cola. It isn't talked about on the news. IT isn't almost any website you go to have an ad for it. I tried to watch a trailer on ign, and midway through a freaking ad closed over it saying halo3 avaible now! What the crap. Crap man it was on the font page of yahoo.com at one point and the number one reas...
After this crazy month, sony will be licking its wounds for a while, then bam rachet and clank, uncharted comes out. The race begins again. Then in 2008 sony really swings its counter strike. In the spring alone killzone 2 and MGS4. Then later ff13. I"m not worried sony has already went through two halo effects.
he prob does it with warhawk. Thats what I don't like about halo. All it has is multiplayer, face it you guys really don't care that much about the single player.

don't be, Psm is indepdent. They will tell you how they see it. They gave lair a 4 and warhawk a 6.5 so don't even say they're biased and all that crap. I don't agree with the warhawk score or the heavenly sword score. Besides this is psm3 not psm. the regular psm just came out last week.
finally someone who see's the single player for what it really is. I don't think its fair though that he reviewed the game before he even got to play the multi-player though, so thats not really fair, however at least he has the balls to say how he really feels about the actual game story.
haha I"m not waiting I play my ps3 everyday for about two hours. All because it doesn't have AAA by your standards doesn't mean it doesn't have any great games. I have beaten lair, almost beaten heavenely sword. Still playing warhawk. Still play RFOM. Still playing DW gundam. Still playing graw2 Warhawk is a blast to play when you can link up and join up on games your friend has already played. The characters look different other than their color. lol. The only thing that hinders warhawk...
