Steam has it as August now (was June still until a couple of days back), Hello Games announced August but have not updated the site, surprised PSN not been updated.

Just got UC 4 on Weds and haven't put it down much, now on Ch 20. One amazing game IMO.

I jumped to NVidia with 970 (I had issues with AMD drivers but they have changed to a new system now), I will be keeping an eye on the RX 480's single card performance as my next upgrade will either be a 1070 or the RX 480.
No PC reviews on Meta yet, as you say these are console scores and the console versions have issues, for me the PC version is fine (also others as that's why out of 600 reviews it scores mostly positive, how many reviews is Meta score based on :) ) I also only paid £1.80 for it. As I said not everyone will agree with you with the why, and sorry I really don't agree with your review either but hey ho.
This would be my concern on any console having an mid life upgrade to hardware, one of the strengths of consoles is a fixed hardware/OS combo.

Edit: Mostly positive reviews on Steam too, that should tell you something about a game that was supposedly so hated.

Yep it has mostly positive reviews on Steam for the PC version, I think people are still harsh on DI because of that trailer incident :D
