Yeah we are lucky with some games in that respect, I think you're right in getting a good deal once all the dlc has dropped.
Agreed too many devs are playing it safe in regards to AAA titles.
I bought it retail for £25 (with an Aloy sackgirl keyring and some post/art cards for free), digital was more expensive with just the game.
No they are very much deserved, it's a great game.
It's funnier watching both sides do it across the board.

I would say they chose the FE for fair comparison AiB's for the vega are not available yet so they are both on their FE's so to speak. I agree they always choose Doom (some variety would be good) but like any company selling a product (NVidia do the same for the tests they publish) they want it in the best light.

For some reason the switch is the cheapest then it jumps 30k for the PS4 version and then another 30k for the One version. So I don't think sales or projected lack thereof are behind it, but again I could also be wrong.
Although some of the very first messages that you come across were there as a tutorial and not left by players, these ones appeared whether connected online or not.
How many people are still on XP, it is unsupported by MSoft now (a good 12 year run) so will remain unpatched for any security holes. For the 2 people that game on Vista, well tough :).
Not again, hopefully the actual gaming specific cards will fare better the dev/workstation cards aren't really meant for gaming.

It may well be a rocky road but for someone looking for (possibly) the best 4k experience for other/multiplat games the X is looking like a good proposition (looking like as nothing confirmed yet), only time will tell. All depends on what exclusives you want tbh as to what console to buy. Personally not invested in either of the 4k upgrades :)
True but not everyone wants to game on the PC, as for exclusivity they are not coming to any other system/os than Microsofts (depends on how you want to interpret exclusive) you can't play these on Linux for example. I will be getting them on PC even though I own a One.
