I assume the PS4 will be on the same servers as the PC/PS3 yeah? Can anyone clarify? It would be terrible to lose friends in game during the transition.
That would be impressive if the WiiU had launched last week. Those are lifetime sales.

Looking at the weeks sales, my guess would also be a supply/demand issue.
Even if you do consider it an innovation, saying "Xbox on" isn't really innovation related to a game...so much as just the OS.

This is my favorite game ever. Period. The graphics have stood the test of time as well. It's a PS1 game that isn't painful on the eyes, making it still a game I love to play through today...and that soundtrack!

While that's a fair point, those people will now have to pay for live to use their new Xbox one. Which they only use offine. Paying for a service you don't use may not be something those buyers want. Alternatively, who knows, maybe some of them will end up using it now that they have to have it. I have to think those people are a small minority though.
Speaking of trusting Microsoft, go to google and type "the Xbox one is" and look at the suggested searches. Now go to bing and do the same thing. Yep.
Oh don't get me wrong, I can't wait for the game. It looks fantastic and I cannot wait to play it. I'm not upset or anything that the fighting isn't turn based either. That's been the way with this game from the beginning. The fact remains, a new turn based Final Fantasy would be pretty sweet. There's always hope for the next one, but I'm not holding my breath either.

We all know that competition in the industry is a good thing, and based on that I would say that Microsoft and the Xbox need to succeed...but not like this. It cannot be like this.

If you must buy the Xbox One, I have proposed solutions:
- Use your new Xbox in a sound proof room dedicated for the sole purpose of using your new Xbox
- Cover the ENTIRE thing in duct tape to ensure that the camera and the mic do not function properly
- Turn off your internet so it can't uplo - oh wait...
- Trust Microsoft
Actually, these practices exist in all of the industries that were mentioned. It's just called a "lease", and it's a terrible idea for gaming.
Really? I think he looks as close to Drake as we're gonna get (save Nolan North of course). Haven't seen him in Angel and I don't plan to, but seriously in Bones he is soooo close to Drake. Eh like we all have a say right? Heh.
