Just stop your ignorance is absolutely ridiculous. Go read my last few posts to understand the difference.
Streaming and cloud computing are not even close to the same thing.
Gaikai is strictly a cloud streaming service that operates by allowing little bits of information through hundreds of server. Windows Azure works in two ways. The first pertaining to allow data through to allow use of programs like VM servers. The second however to off put data from thousands of servers to give essentially a power boost to a single unit, this is done practically instantly.
Really... Sony exclusives always do huh?
Here is just one example how this is entirely possible:

and run more efficiently. Systems more finely tuned

Unless Gaikai has restructured their servers to output physical data rather then temporary allowing more bits of information across a seamless connection. Then Gaikai would not be able to change their philosophies to output data (harness bits of power for each server) from their server to a single source. Azure was built around these ideas which is why this a seamless transition to use advanced transferring capabilities to output data. As said in the report they may be able to process 3-4 tfl...
Of course they are going to push this on the PS4 they haven't tapped into that market, Halo fans on xbox will already be buying this, so they need to shift focus while not ignoring the xbox. In other news this is still my most anticipated game, bring it bungie.
There is a huge difference here folks, Gaikai is a cloud streaming service which specializes in the streaming content whether that be games, movies, ect. Windows Azure works by harnessing cpu/gpu power from servers to either allow it to use programs ala Windows Server 2012 VMs or by allowing it stream advanced computation to a single unit, which is what MS has setup here. I have no idea how they will utilize it, but as an IT guy with a business that relies on the cloud, I can say this could b...
Companies trademark stupid crap all the time, I wouldn't read into this.
Says the obvious troll, I think it is a huge improvement as does almost everyone on gaf.

Forza and QB were running in-engine.
Wow people are naive MS actions if they turn out to be true effect the whole industry.
PS4 hasn't confirmed anything yet and has already purchased a patent to do similar DRM features on their console. They just haven't clarified anything yet. However, having your gaming library available anywhere at anytime is really cool.
They said ahead of time this was about the hardware and features.
This a great breakdown that sheds light on some of the recent negative rumors and actually makes it approachable.
Forza at 60 fps, DC at 30 fps, advantage Forza.
This is complete bs everything he said a command it followed what was said. It uses Skype plus noise canceling to do voice input as seen in the demos, so this speculation without any proof should have never been posted, ridiculous.
Uhh definitely a rumor, do they have proof or was this confirmed. Redo this article as a rumor because I can see nothing confirmed.
EDIT: they use the words "might" "presumably" and "possibly", nobody confirmed anything here.
I switch over to my television alot especially if I am watching football or the playoffs for any sport. I also will switch over to see what's going on in my favorite shows and so forth. I think you would be surprised how many people do this.
Enjoy your incoming ban, this type of trash needs to be kept off this forum. Also, 95 percent of you have no idea what cloud computing is and it's advantages. Big businesses have been using the cloud for same need so they don't have to purchase expensive blade servers and can instead continue to run their outdated machines.
