Gears was the reason I bought a 360.
I remember it like it was yeserday: Enjoing my PS2 with no plans to jump to next gen just yet when BANG...Mad World trailer and the rest was history.

Uncharted is a PS3 game only
If you own a PS3 you are going to buy Uncharted 3
If you own a 360 you are going to buy Gears 3
If you own both a 360 and a PS3 and can only afford one then you have no business being a multi console owner.
I actually agree with dangert. Killzone is a graphic beast but apart form that they have not wowed me in terms of game play and creativeness .
Uncharted and InFamous on the other hand have cached my interest with what they have accomplished.
Give Naughty Dog the resources to make a game that Sony have giving GG and see what why I agree with danggert

Well a guy can only dream right. The reason I am not a PC gamers is because all my favorite games are on consoles Gears and Uncharted to name a few.
As long as games like Call of Duty continue to sell millions we gamer...
Hence the reason I never buy games in release.

I get what you guys are saying but this has been the case for PC gaming for ages and I dont see it causing the developers any problem.
Crysis has a minimum and a maximum requirement to play the game - if you want to enjoy the game at 100% then you would play it at max setting and those who cant afford it will still play the game but not how it was meant to be played.
MS and Sony can easily make the 720 PS4 upgradable and keep the developers and fans happy. Ha...

I have a 160GB PS3 slim that turns on for 2 secs and turns off again. I want to remove the hard drive in the slim and put it in my fat 60GB - I know the case that protects the hard drive are different on each model but I removed the case and switch them around.
The PS3 fat with the replaced 160GB HD is asking for some a 3.6 update - before I go through the trouble of downloading the update I want to know if slim HD can w...

On topic: I love the uncharted series but hated that none of the good guys ever died. Sully is old so he can kick the bucket in UC3.
So why don the console makers just make the nex gen console upgradable? See ninitendo 64 expansion pack.
If we can upgrade Hard drives on our consoles why cant we upgrade specs.
Question: Why has'nt any one tried to developed a game with the Gears style.
I am not saying to make a carbon copy of geras but to use the formula that makes Gears fun.

I hate the 360...goes back to playing Dance Central.
Not sure how this will work as ME games are slow paced and you have to pause the game to choose certain things.
Still wainting on an RTS Mass Effect.
Love Uncharted but hope they add a little it of more freedom to the game.
The Uncharted universe just makes you want to go out on an adventure and explore with out any restritions.
